Dear Christian Educators,  
As one of our first tasks, the newly created Diocesan Christian Formation  
Committee would like to establish a network of Christian Education/Formation  
contacts within each parish in the diocese.  We are starting with you, since you 
have  identified yourselves as persons who are actively involved in 
formation.   
We are looking for the person(s) within each parish who is the main  contact 
person for each area of formation/education - children, youth, young  adults, 
adults.  These are people  who could send information back to our committee as 
well as receive  mailings.  For each person, please  specify the best mailing 
and email address, as well as their title, if  appropriate.  Please feel free 
to  identify others within your parish who are active in formation  programs  
and would want to be on our mailing list.
