6.  Free Hunger Software

Download the free "World Food Force" computer game from the United Nations.

 

I've played it, and it is fun. The download is HUGE, so make sure you have a
high speed connection. The game has several different levels in which you
respond to a food crisis in an imaginary country. The 'food and hunger'
facts shared through the game are great. The game itself helps highlight the
difficulty of getting food to people in crisis. Game description and

I would recommend it for grades 4 and up. It takes time to complete all the
"missions" and would make a great summer lab game surrounded with other
hunger curriculum.
